How do I get onto the Xpress Quote site from the Document Center site?

You have to scroll to the BFM e-Policies(secured Access) block and click there

Who can I send the loss runs request to/or get access to the site?

Please send request to moc.eniramyelkreb@mfb

How or who do I contact to set up ACH payments/find my commission statement?

You can contact our billing department by emailing moc.eniramyelkreb@gnillib or by calling 1-844-462-3700 option 7 or by logging on to BFM E-Pay Express Link.

I quoted an Xpress Quote Builders Risk policy but lost my reference number how to I log back in and pick up from where I was?

There is no way to search for this, but one of our service center members can manually look this up for you if you contact us.

I have an agent that no longer needs access to the Document Center, can I remove them?

Yes, you just need to log into the Document Center and remove them: https://agentportal.berkleymarine.com

I just issued an Xpress Quote Policy and I need to change something; can I do that? Or I need to make an Endorsement Change, can I just tell you over the phone?

Yes, we can make changes please just send any request into moc.eniramyelkreb@mfb. All request need to be received in writing.

I received a check from Berkley Fire & Marine. I have no idea what this is for?

You can go to our Document Center and log into your account to pull commission or billing statements

I am getting an error when trying to use Xpress Quote, what do I do?

First make sure you are logged in. If you still get an error you can send an email to moc.eniramyelkreb@mfb or contact us @ 1-844-462-3600.

How can I get access to the online systems? Xpress Quote, Xpress Service, and the Document Center sites.

Can I give other agents at my agency access to the online systems?

You can have an admin set up in the Document Center to add agents from your agency, however, you will have to send a request to the moc.eniramyelkreb@mfb to get agents access to the Xpress Quote and Xpress Service sites.

What options do I have to submit a claim?

You can send an email to moc.eniramyelkreb@smialc, call 1-844-462-3600 opt 6, or you can submit a claim via the Document Center.

If I need to get a loss run report, who do I contact?

You can pull loss runs yourself via the Document Center if you have access. If you need access please send email to moc.eniramyelkreb@mfb. Or you can send a loss run request email to moc.eniramyelkreb@mfb.

I am locked out of the Xpress Quote/Xpress Service systems, who can help?

You can send an email to moc.eniramyelkreb@mfb or call 1-844-462-3600 opt 0.

I have follow up questions about a claim I’ve submitted, who can I contact?

You can contact the adjuster who was assigned to your claim. If you do not know the adjusters contact information, you can send an email to moc.eniramyelkreb@smialc or call 1-844-462-3600 opt 6.
